SERVING DALLAS FOR 75 YEARS
For decades, LGT has proudly partnered with the construction and real estate industry. One of our favorite ways to support the DFW community is by bringing industry leaders together for timely, high-impact education that prepares you for what’s next.
This fall, join us at the The Clubs of Prestonwood in Dallas for a panel lunch designed specifically for the construction and real estate community. You’ll hear directly from LGT’s construction and real estate accounting team as they break down the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and its tax implications, highlight the latest state and local tax updates in Texas, and share strategies to help your business prepare for 2026 and beyond.
We’ll keep the conversation practical and forward-focused, giving you insights you can act on now to protect your bottom line. Plus, you’ll have plenty of time to connect with peers across the industry who understand the challenges (and opportunities) you face every day.

TELL ME MORE
The agenda is one focused panel discussion led by LGT’s construction and real estate accounting team. Our state and local tax specialist will walk through recent changes impacting contractors across Texas, our tax partner will break down the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and what it could mean for your 2026 planning, and our legal panelist will bring practical insights on contracts, risk management, and regulatory issues that every contractor and developer should be watching.
This event is designed for construction and real estate leaders across DFW, whether you’re managing a major development firm or steering a smaller, family-run business. If your work touches construction or real estate, this panel is built for you.
Bringing a colleague? We’d love that! Just make sure they register ahead of time so we can reserve their seat (and their lunch).
Check in between 11:00 and 11:30 a.m., grab your seat, and enjoy lunch at 11:30. The panel kicks off right at noon.
You'll receive a link to participate in the course evaluation from "LGT Events Team" two business days after the event. You will receive your certificate from LCvista within two weeks after completion of the survey. If you have any questions about your CPE, contact us at askus@lgt-cpa.com.
You will receive 1 CPE hour for attending our event.
We’ll be serving a chef-curated lunch. Our menu features the Three Sixty Salad with seasonal greens, spiced pecans, sun-dried cranberries, feta, and honey balsamic dressing. Entrée choices include Chicken Caprese with fresh mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes, basil oil, and balsamic reduction or Floridian Salmon with lemon-pepper, honey butter, and an orange-mandarin relish. We’ll finish the meal with a classic New York Cheesecake for dessert.
